Our system was unreachable for approximately 2 hours on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, due to a major internet backbone provider (Hurricane Electric) going down. This issue has affected not only our services, but many other customers as well. This is the first time something like this has happened in a very long time.
Our hosting provider worked feverishly on rerouting the internet traffic to go through another of their data centers so that all customers can come back online.
