IGNITE Mobile App - Foundation Inaccurate
A few members of my club have started to use IGNITE Mobile App and the Foundation contributions are showing inaccurate. For example, one member is a Paul Harris Level 2 and it is not showing that via Foundation in IGNITE. Can you check to see if the API with Rotary International is set up to take into account all contributions? I asked them to submit support tickets to report the inaccuracies, but I know that Eric Colvin and Fred Fukumoto are two of the members that are not seeing the accurate Foundation contributions.
