I noticed that teh DacDB login acknowledgement page requires the user to scroll down and check the checkbox at every login.
That is very annoying for frequent users and most sites only require an initial acknowledgement. I suggest capturing the initial confirmation in the cookie settings and not require the conformation at every login.
